I've been toying with drawing graphics in Adobe Illustrator and I came up with this monkey from a little picture in one of my sons colouring-in books. I'm quite happy with how it turned out so I decided that he would make a fun, colourful artbloc for a childs room! I've used my son Harley's initial in this sample. (Click to enlarge)

Website transition

I'm hoping this will be up and running in the next 24 hours so I thank you for your patience once again.

The phone call has been received and Scrap Happy Designs is now officially known as Minkabelle Designs! This is our new registered business name so everything from now on will be under the name of Minkabelle Designs. SHD will slowly be phased out but it won't happen overnight. There's still so much to do! Where to start...

You may or may not be already aware of the dramas we've been having trying to register the business name (Scrap Happy Designs) and it looks like we're going to be unsuccessful with keeping that name so we're currently in the process of registering an entirely NEW name which means Scrap Happy Designs will be no more. Well, the name anyway! We're still going to be the same business but under a new name which is TBA so watch this space! It's very exciting to be starting afresh but also very time consuming having to redesign everything from the website to business cards, flyers, brochures, you get the drift. ;)

Anyway, they say a change is as good as a holiday so we'll soon see if they're right!

Thanks for your support and we'll see you on the "other side". :)
